Launch of the Singapore Directorship Report 2021
Join us at the launch of the Singapore Directorship Report 2021 – the definitive study conducted on the state of directorship in Singapore. Board diversity, directorship tenure, sustainability reporting, risk management and audit controls are some of the hot button issues that will be examined. This 4th edition of the Report will present statistical data collected from all listed entities on directors and examine the impact of 2018 changes to the Code of Corporate Governance and SGX Listing Rules.
The Singapore Directorship Report 2021 will take a closer look at how listed companies in Singapore are meeting the requirements of the revised Code and updated Listing Rules, and the extent of changes taken to meet the demands of the changing regulatory landscape. The Singapore Directorship Report 2021 is produced by SID, in collaboration with Deloitte, Handshakes, NTU and SIT, and supported by ACRA and SGX.
