1. Boardroom Matters Volume IV: Launched at the Fellows Evening in May, this compendium complies 50 articles from SID’s monthly column in the Business Times. These articles delve into critical topics and themes, encouraging directors to reflect deeply. Access your online copy through our website, or drop by the SID office to purchase a hard copy.
2. SID Directors Bulletin – Q3 Edition: Access the latest insights in the Q3 edition: The Future of Money and look out for the Q4 edition coming out next month.

At SID, we continue to look for ways to increase our value to our members, such as bringing more stakeholders into SID’s ecosystem through the SID Governance for Good Alliance, launching the SID Accreditation Framework (which will go LIVE in January 2024), and partnering with NCS to build the prototype of a generative AI-powered contextual search engine for members to have their questions on directorship and governance answered in natural language format.

There is a growing importance of sustainable business practices and the disclosure of material topics related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues in annual and sustainability reports. The event aims to explore how companies can differentiate themselves through strong leadership from their board of directors, clear strategic direction and robust governance.
