Join us at this year’s Singapore Governance and Transparency Forum to learn which Singapore companies have made the cut for Singapore Governance and Transparency Index (SGTI), a leading benchmark that scores governance standards of listed companies. The SGTI ranks companies on their corporate governance disclosure and practices, as well as the timeliness, accessibility and transparency of their financial results announcements.
The SGTI is a collaboration between CPA Australia, NUS Business School’s Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations and Singapore Institute of Directors.

The award winners of the Singapore Governance and Transparency Index 2020 will be announced on 4 August 2020 at a forum featuring distinguished Guest of Honour Tan Cheng Han, Chairman, SGX Regco, on “Corporate Governance in an Era of Extreme Risk”.
The event will be webcast live due to restrictions on public gatherings related to the Covid-19 containment measures.
