Members from affiliated director institutes can join SID via our Global Associate Scheme.

Individual Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. The total amount* indicated above is inclusive of 9% GST.
  2. Individual members are required to sign up for a minimum of two calendar years (January-December), or part thereof. Membership expiry will be on 31 December regardless of individual’s admission date.
  3. Membership will be confirmed within 2-3 weeks upon membership application and payment of fees.
  4. The various payment modes are available here.
  5. Membership is non-transferrable and fees paid are non-refundable.

Corporate Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. The subscription fees* indicated above are inclusive of 9% GST.
  2. Corporate members are required to sign up for a minimum of two calendar years (January-December), or part thereof. Membership expiry will be on 31 December regardless of the organisation’s admission date.
  3. The usual annual subscription fee for Corporate Membership is $2,400 (or $3,400, with vouchers) per calendar year, excluding GST.
  4. Membership will be confirmed upon payment of fees and approval by SID.
  5. An invoice will be provided upon successful submission of the corporate application form.
  6. Corporate membership is non-transferrable and fees paid are non-refundable.
  7. Additional Individual Member can be added at a special rate of $150 (before GST), per member per calendar year, or part thereof. Entrance Fee will be waived. Expiry date of Individual Membership must align with the Corporate Plan.
  8. Individual Membership is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  9. From now until 30 April 2024, all requests for transfer of corporate nominees will be on a complimentary basis. From 1 May 2024, an administration fee of $100 (before GST) per nominee transfer will apply.
  10. Complimentary vouchers (if applicable) provided by SID must be utilised within the year of issue. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
  11. Membership benefits are subject to change at SID’s sole discretion.
