SID has 3 key categories of Membership - Individual, Corporate and NonProfit.  

Members from affiliated director institutes can join SID via our Global Associate Scheme.

Individual Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion is valid for new sign-ups from 1 June to 30 September 2026.
  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Individual members are required to sign up for a minimum of two calendar years (January-December), or part thereof. Membership expiry will be on 31 December regardless of individual’s admission date.
  4. Membership will be confirmed within 2-3 weeks upon membership application and payment of fees.
  5. The various payment modes are available here.
  6. Membership is non-transferrable and fees paid are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions:

  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Corporate Members are required to sign up for a minimum of two calendar years (January- December), or part thereof. Membership expiry will be on 31 December regardless of the organisation’s join date.
  4. The usual annual subscription fee for Corporate Membership is $2,400 (Corporate Plan), $3,400 (Corporate Plan with Vouchers), or $2,800 (Corporate 5 Plan with Vouchers) per calendar year, before GST.
  5. Membership will be confirmed upon payment of fees and approval by SID.
  6. An invoice will be provided upon successful submission of the corporate application form.
  7. Corporate membership is non-transferrable and fees paid are non-refundable.
  8. Additional individual members can be added at a special rate of $150 (before GST), per member per calendar year, or part thereof. Entrance Fee will be waived. The expiry date of individual membership is aligned with the Corporate Plan.
  9. An administrative fee of S$100 (before GST) per nominee will apply for any changes beyond the two complimentary nominee changes provided per year.
  10. Complimentary vouchers (if applicable) provided by SID must be utilised within the year of issue. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
  11. Membership benefits and fees are subject to change at SID’s sole discretion.

  8. Additional individual members can be added at a special rate of $100 (before GST), per member per calendar year, or part thereof. Entrance fee will be waived. Expiry date of individual membership must align with Corporate Plan (NonProfit Organisation).
