Abdul Jabbar
Head, Corporate & Transactional Group, Rajah & Tann
Mr Abdul Jabbar is an Executive Committee Partner and Head of Rajah & Tann’s Corporate and Transactional Group. He advises regularly on transfer of businesses and undertakings, statutory amalgamations, joint ventures, partnership agreements, group reorganisations and company disposals, as well as on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters. Mr Jabbar serves on the board as company secretary to numerous private and public listed and unlisted companies as well as several registered foreign companies with Singapore branches. He is listed as a leading practitioner in Who's Who Legal – M&A and Governance for 2017 and 2018, as well as in Who’s Who Legal – Management Labour and Employment for 2011 to 2017. He has also been recommended in Legal 500 (Corporate and M&A) and recognised as a leading practitioner in Legal Week’s Private Client Global Elite 2017.
Lee Tze Shiong
Director Transformation and Quality, CLA Global TS
Mr Lee Tze Shiong has more than 30 years of audit experience, most of which were with large international audit firms. Prior to joining Nexia TS, he was the Divisional Director of the Public Accountancy Division of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). In his previous appointment, he spearheaded the small and medium sized enterprise audit group in one of the big four accounting firms in Singapore. He was involved in the audit of listed and multinational groups, initial public offerings and other audit advisory engagements, and has worked in different overseas locations.
Lim Ju May
Technical and Assurance Director, CLA Global TS
Ms Lim Ju May is the Technical and Assurance Director of CLA Global TS. Prior to joining CLA Global TS, she spent 8 years as Head of the Technical Department at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) where she pioneered numerous initiatives. She has a wealth of experience in the accounting and auditing profession including over 12 years with Big Four accounting firms. She also authored ISCA’s Micro Accounting Model and other ISCA publications such as CFOs for Sustainability Reporting Roundtable Report, Fueling Sustainable Ecosystems – Insights From The Financial Services Sector, Leases Roadmap, Technical Bites, and many others.
Wilson Chew
Managing Partner, JP Wilson
Dr. Wilson Chew is the managing partner of J.P. Wilson. He has over 20 years of experience in Enterprise Growth Strategy. He has served more than 200 private clients, led over 140 strategy engagements, 12 public listings and 26 private transactions. In his work with private clients, Dr. Chew journeys with business leaders to formulate strategy and execution plans to reach their growth ambitions. He firmly believes in an evidence-based approach, with firsthand experience having founded and sold two companies. Dr. Chew was formerly a Partner in PwC's strategy practice. He was one of the lead consultants in the national Scale-up Programme, which supports selected local companies (by the Singapore Government) with high-growth potential to scale and become leaders in their fields. Dr. Chew's research work on Enterprise Strategy is widely published in 4 books and multiple publications in academic journals and mainstream media. He is the course leader of The Strategy & Innovation Masterclass for Directors at the Singapore Institute of Directors. Dr. Chew serves as a visiting tutor/lecturer at Nanyang Technological University, University of Strathclyde (Glasgow) and Singapore Management University.
