Through a hands-on learning format using real-world incidents impacting Asian enterprises, attendees will learn to:

• Evaluate incident severity: Understand cyber incidents from a strategic, business-focused perspective.
• Demonstrate crisis leadership: Gain an appreciation of board-level decisions, while enabling incident response and crisis management to take place.
• Strengthen cyber resilience: Integrate practical lessons into enterprise risk management and promote a robust cyber-aware culture.
