This session will cover: 

  1. Responding to whistleblower reports: Uncover the nuances of initial reactions and the importance of timely and appropriate responses to protect organisational reputation.
  2. Non-retaliation against whistleblowers: Explore the ethical and legal considerations of protecting those who dare to speak up regardless of their seniority level.
  3. Reviewing investigation reports: Learn what constitutes a credible and reliable investigation report, and how to safeguard the integrity of organisational processes and decisions.

Seow Hui Goh
Partner, Bird & Bird ATMD LLP

Ms Seow Hui Goh is a partner in Bird & Bird’s international Employment group based in Singapore. She heads the Singapore Employment practice which regularly advises multinational clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues in Singapore and the ASEAN region. Known for her responsive, insightful and commercially astute counsel, Ms Goh commits to ensuring that things run smoothly in all stages of the employee life cycle for clients. When giving advice to HR departments, her approach extends beyond legal compliance and risk management to encompass the employee experience. An active litigator, experienced advocate and accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre, as well as a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, Ms Goh is well positioned to share her expertise in managing C-level employment disputes.
