Robert Chew, FSID

Mr Robert Chew serves on the boards of the Health Sciences Authority, Singapore University of Technology and Design, Singapore Mediation Centre and Agency for Integrated Care. He is also a board member of tech companies – Assurity (Chairman), CloudSine and StaffOnDemand. He was previously a partner in Accenture and led the Strategy practice in Southeast Asia and the Telecommunications & High-Tech practice in Singapore. He serves on the boards of nonprofit organisations Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital, Shared Services for Charities, Singapore Hospice Council (Chairman), Tan Kah Kee Foundation and WeCare. Mr Chew is a Fellow of SID and the Singapore Computer Society.
Ivan Ng, MSID

Mr Ivan Ng is the Chief Technology Officer of City Developments Limited and has oversight of group IT, digital initiatives and technology risk governance. He has held various leadership roles at Nasdaq-listed companies including Pactera and ServiceNow. Having led both business and technology organisations as a practitioner for nearly three decades, he brings a unique perspective on how innovative technologies can create business value. Mr Ng is President of the IT Management Association. He has served as a board adviser to National University of Singapore, Gardens by the Bay and Temasek Polytechnic and as a board member of technology companies. He was conferred the NUS Outstanding Computing Alumni Award in 2018 and is consistently ranked amongst the top 10 CIOs in ASEAN by IDG since 2019.
Dottie Schindlinger
Executive Director, Diligent Institute
Ms Dottie Schindlinger is Executive Director of the Diligent Institute, the think tank and global governance research arm of Diligent Corporation. She provides thought leadership on governance, cyber security and technology topics through presentations to boards and executives at events around the globe. Her work has been featured in Fortune, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and multiple governance and technology publications. She is co-author of the book Governance in the Digital Age: A Guide for the Modern Corporate Board Director published by John Wiley & Sons (2019) and co-hosts the fortnightly show, The Corporate Director Podcast.
