LED Bridging Programme 2025/26
The SID Listed Entity Director (LED) Bridging Programme is a 15-hour hybrid course endorsed by Singapore Exchange to enable first-time directors for SGX-listed companies to meet mandatory training requirements (Core modules that are LED 1, 2, 3, 4 and 9 of the SID Listed Entity Director (LED) Programme). Through a combination of self-directed e-learning, compulsory assessment and an in-person facilitated discussion, this abridged LED course is designed to offer graduates of four approved directorship programmes an alternative to taking the full LED programme.
The four approved directorship training programmes are:
- SID Board Readiness Programme
- SID Governance for Outstanding Organisation Directors Programme (Modules 1-8)
- SID-SMU Directorship Programme (Modules 1-6)
- INSEAD International Directors Programme (Modules 1-3)

Part 2: Facilitated discussion
|
Participants will engage in discussions deep-diving into corporate strategies, board performance and governance issues, focusing on case studies and peer-to-peer learning. |

Important Notice
Please be aware that completion of Part 1: Knowledge Modules is required by 26 Jan 2026, 12:00 PM in order to take the online assessment outlined in Part 3, regardless of your registration date. Kindly ensure you plan your schedule accordingly to meet the deadlines/milestones outlined above if you intend to register for this programme.
