Board Strategies to Nurture Digital Talent (C)

Board Strategies to Nurture Digital Talent
[Cancelled] The digital revolution is transforming every industry. Attracting and retaining top talent in tech and artificial intelligence is critical. Boards have a responsibility to provide guidance on developing a future-ready workforce and ensure the company has the talent it needs to thrive in the digital age. Join us as we explore pressing issues around the digital talent landscape, including:

  • Skills gap: The rapid advancement of technology creates a constant need for new skills and expertise. Boards need to understand evolving digital competencies and guide their companies to actively seek talent with capabilities to drive future success.

  • Diversity and inclusion: A lack of diversity in the digital workforce hinders innovation and growth. Boards play a crucial role in promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a broader pool of talented individuals.

  • Leadership development: Identifying and nurturing future leaders with strong digital acumen is essential. Boards should work with management to equip future generations with leadership skills to navigate the complexities of the digital age.
