Chia-Tern Huey Min
Chief Executive, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority


Mrs Chia-Tern Huey Min is the chief executive and registrar of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore, where she leads strategic initiatives in fostering a vibrant and trusted business environment in Singapore. With a proven track record in regulatory leadership, she brings a wealth of experience from her distinguished tenure at Singapore’s Inland Revenue Authority, where she held key leadership roles spanning tax administration, tax policy, operations and regulations. Internationally, she has been instrumental in shaping global tax policy, representing Singapore on discussions on base erosion and profit shifting and chairing the peer review group of the Global Forum for Transparency and Information Exchange. She was awarded Public Administration Medal (Gold) in 2022.



Tan Wee Khim
Technical Director, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority

Ms Tan Wee Khim is the Technical Director for ACRA’s Financial Reporting & Standards Department. The Department sets the strategic direction in promoting high quality financial reporting and filing of financial statements by companies incorporated in Singapore. It administers the Financial Reporting Surveillance Programme which reviews financial statements for compliance with the prescribed accounting standards in Singapore. Ms Tan has 10 years of experience in compliance work with ACRA and prior to joining ACRA, she had eight years of experience in audit practice. She is also a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.



Michael Tang
Head of Listing Policy & Product Admission and Sustainable Development Office at Singapore Exchange Regulation


Mr Michael Tang is the head of Listing Policy & Product Admission and the Sustainable Development Office at Singapore Exchange Regulation. He oversees listing policy and rules development, the admission of securities products and sustainability-related issues on the regulatory front. He is a member of the advisory board of the NUS Business School’s Centre for Governance and Sustainability, the management committee of Global Compact Network Singapore and the ESG chapter of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He contributes to international standards-setting efforts as a member of the sustainability reference group of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants and of the capital markets technical committee of the Global Reporting Initiative.




Tan Boon Gin
CEO, Singapore Exchange Regulation


Mr Tan Boon Gin is the CEO of Singapore Exchange Regulation, an independent regulatory subsidiary of Singapore Exchange Group (SGX Group), which undertakes all front-line regulatory functions to promote a fair, orderly and transparent market. Before joining SGX Group, Mr Tan was the Director of the Commercial Affairs Department of the Singapore Police Force. He was also previously with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and has also served as a District Judge at Singapore's Subordinate Courts.  Mr Tan is an advocate and solicitor and holds degrees from the University of Cambridge and Harvard Law School.

 
Lee Sze Yeng
Managing Partner, KPMG Singapore


Ms Lee Sze Yeng is the Managing Partner at KPMG in Singapore, where she is responsible for driving operational excellence and charting the firm’s long-term sustainable and strategic growth across various business areas. She leads the firm in delivering quality business transformations that strengthen trust and confidence in industries, safeguarding the integrity of financial reporting and capital markets. With over 20 years of experience working with listed and global companies, particularly in the financial services and real estate sectors, Ms Lee supports clients in navigating intricate business landscapes to achieve measurable outcomes. This includes empowering businesses to evolve for the future, especially as new growth possibilities emerge in environmental, social and governance initiatives, technology and talent.



Chng Hak-Peng
Governing Board Member, Duke-NUS Medical School


Mr Chng Hak-Peng is a strategy and leadership adviser to companies going through transformation or mergers and acquisitions, with more than 25 years of experience across Asia and the US. In healthcare and education, he sits on the boards of Duke-NUS Medical School and Singapore’s National Library and chairs the School Advisory Committee of Chua Chu Kang Secondary School. His leadership experience includes an eight-year term as Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Symphony Group, leadership roles with Bain & Company, and founding and running the country operations of a private-equity-owned education company. Mr Chng is also a SID senior accredited director.
 


Lim Ah Doo
Chairman, Olam Group Limited


Mr Lim Ah Doo brings a wealth of in-depth experience in the commercial and banking sectors and has taken on prominent leadership roles as chairman and director across a wide range of well-established public and private companies, both locally and internationally. Mr Lim is currently the Chairman of Olam Group Limited and serves as a director and audit committee chair for GDS Holdings Limited and U Mobile Sdn Bhd. Previously, he served on the boards of ST Engineering Ltd, ST Telemedia Pte Ltd and SM Investments Corporation, among others. 



Tay Hwee Pio 
Independent Non-Executive Director


Ms Tay Hwee Pio currently serves as independent non-executive director on the boards of Capitaland China Trust and Plato Capital Limited, where she brings over 30 years of experiences in the real estate industry focusing on strategic oversight, financial stewardship and governance. She contributes in shaping corporate strategy and drives long-term value creation, ensuring robust governance frameworks that align with shareholder interests. Prior to her directorship roles, Ms Tay was the CFO with Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) from 2012 to 2021, where she helped lead the REIT through a period of significant growth via executions of strategic acquisitions, operational efficiencies and focusing on strong capital management.
