The Startups Chapter seeks to foster good governance and ethics in the corporate leadership of the startup community. It provides a platform for entrepreneurs and founders of startups in the growth stage to network with experienced independent directors and have meaningful conversations on corporate governance, leadership development, risk strategy, market access, legal compliance, audit matters and talent management.
