About Chairperson Accelerator Programme

The Chairperson Accelerator Programme is a board leadership programme designed to prepare first-time board chairs and directors slated as potential chairs to lead effective and high-performance boards. The advanced programme is spread across six weeks and takes participants through a comprehensive professional development journey, which includes psychometrics, board simulation exercises and professional networking.

Delivered by Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and Heidrick & Struggles (H&S), the holistic programme seeks to equip participants with the skills and mindset needed to steer an organisation’s direction and strategy. This programme will tackle key topics around the role of the chairperson and management of effective dynamics to ensure a high-performance board.
