Course description
This session is the first module in the Governance for Outstanding Organisation Directors (SGOOD) Programme. It provides participants with a macro perspective of the nonprofit ecosystem: the structure, major players, applicable regulations and policy priorities. This session seeks to impart an understanding of the practical implications of the duties and workings of the nonprofit board and its directors.

This course is subject to approval for the Charities Capability Fund (CCF) training grant. All exempt, registered charities and Institutions of a Public Character can apply for CCF funding. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis, with priority to CCF-funded applicants.
