Course description

This course seeks to provide startup founders and directors with an understanding of the startup ecosystem and the unique governance issues involved. Presenters will highlight practical and legal issues that may arise during the course of a startup journey. The roles and responsibilities of a startup board related to corporate governance and best practices in the establishment and growth of the startup are explained.

  2. Explore each stage of the startup journey and the practical and legal issues that may arise.
  3. Explain the roles and responsibilities of startup founders and directors at various stages in the lifecycle of a startup.
