Course description
The SID Accreditation Examination Preparatory Course is a comprehensive e-learning programme designed to equip directors with the essential knowledge required for the Accreditation Examination. The preparatory course is structured around the SID Director Competency Model, encompassing eight distinct modules that align with the competencies crucial for effective board governance.
The modules are:
(a) Governance.
(b) Director duties and practices.
(c) Financial proficiency.
(d) Risk management.
(e) Strategy development.
(f) Digital proficiency.
(g) Human capital.
(h) Sustainability fundamentals.
Each module is tailored to provide in-depth insights, practical strategies and case studies to enhance directors' understanding and proficiency in these critical competency areas. There are reflection questions and a pop quiz at the end of each module to supplement every director's learning.

A candidate will only receive the link to the course when payment is made in full. Payment for the prep course can only be made via credit card/Paypal, no other payment methods will be accepted for this item.
Cancellation, Refunds and Deferment
No cancellations, refunds or deferment are allowed once registration is successful.
Course Fee
SID members: $272.50 (incl. 9% GST)
Non-members: NA.
CPD hours
Under this prep course, SID members can clock 8 CPD hours which will count towards the 32 training hours requirement for the Accreditation Examination.
