Mr Hii Hnn-Hui leads Heidrick & Struggles’ CEO & Board of Directors Practice in Southeast Asia. He provides advisory services on leadership challenges, team effectiveness and board reviews serving clients in energy and cleantech, private capital and family-owned businesses in Asia Pacific. In 2022, he partnered the board of a national oil company in a global search to constitute an independent board, hire a CEO and build the top team to drive the clean energy platform of renewables, hydrogen and electric vehicle mobility businesses. He has placed CEOs, CXOs and directors for companies operating in Asia faced with transformation. Amongst others, he has served Shell, BP, GE, PETRONAS, PTT JV and Telenor.
