Mr John Lim is an Honorary Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors and a core member of the OECD Asian Corporate Governance Roundtable. He is a Past Chairman of SID, Building and Construction Authority and Senoko Power. He was a member of the Corporate Governance Council which revised and recommended the Singapore CG Code 2012; of the Companies Act Review Committee which was responsible for the 2013 revision of the Singapore Companies Act; and of the Securities Industry Council. Mr Lim is an adviser to a European private equity fund. He is also Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Governance and Sustainability, and co-leader and nominated Corporate Governance expert for Singapore for the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard.
