SID partnered with NCS to develop the prototype of SIDgpt, a generative AI-powered contextual search engine for matters relating to directorship and corporate governance in Singapore – the first of its kind.
From 6 November 2023 to 29 February 2024, more than 650 SID members logged in to get answers to their questions on corporate governance and boardroom matters.
To enable SIDgpt to provide answers that are relevant to directorship in the Singapore context, the prototype ingested important literature such as the Corporate Governance Guides for Boards in Singapore and Boardroom Matters articles.
With the close of the pilot phase, SIDgpt has gone offline and will no longer be available for trial. SID will monitor the developments in this space to determine the next steps with regards to SIDgpt.
