SPEAKERS
Cynthia Wu
Partner, Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions, Rajah & Tann
Ms Cynthia Wu specialises in corporate governance and
strategic advisory for SGX-listed companies and regional restructuring matters.
She advises boards and investors on crisis management, shareholder activism,
regulatory investigations and cyber security incidents. She handles mergers and
acquisitions, joint ventures, reverse takeovers, fundraising and delistings,
and advises on developing robust governance frameworks. As the senior manager
of corporate services at Rajah & Tann, Ms Wu supports Catalist-listed
issuers in meeting their continuing listing obligations and advises financial
institutions in their sponsor roles. She is part of the firm’s sustainability practice,
helping clients navigate ESG developments and reporting requirements.

Lee Tze Shiong
Director Transformation and Quality, CLA Global TS
Mr Lee Tze Shiong has more than 30 years of audit experience, most of which were with large international audit firms. Prior to joining Nexia TS, he was the Divisional Director of the Public Accountancy Division of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). In his previous appointment, he spearheaded the small and medium sized enterprise audit group in one of the big four accounting firms in Singapore. He was involved in the audit of listed and multinational groups, initial public offerings and other audit advisory engagements, and has worked in different overseas locations.

Lim Ju May
Technical and Assurance Director, CLA Global TS
Ms Lim Ju May is the Technical and Assurance Director of CLA Global TS. Prior to joining CLA Global TS, she spent 8 years as Head of the Technical Department at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) where she pioneered numerous initiatives. She has a wealth of experience in the accounting and auditing profession including over 12 years with Big Four accounting firms. She also authored ISCA’s Micro Accounting Model and other ISCA publications such as CFOs for Sustainability Reporting Roundtable Report, Fueling Sustainable Ecosystems – Insights From The Financial Services Sector, Leases Roadmap, Technical Bites, and many others.

Wilson Chew
Managing Partner, JP Wilson
Dr Wilson Chew has spent over 20 years in enterprise growth and strategy, served over 200 entrepreneur and family-led companies, and led more than 140 strategy engagements including 12 public listings in Asia and two national scale-up initiatives with the Singapore Government. He is the Managing Partner at JP Wilson, a growth strategy firm for private clients. Dr Chew was the former partner for strategy at the Entrepreneurial and Private Clients practice of PwC. He is Chairman of Fortrec Group, former Deputy Chairman of National Arthritis Foundation and Independent Director of Swee Hong Ltd. Dr Chew has also served as adviser for the Wharton-SMU-IBM Business & Industry Insight programme and lectures at SMU’s Lien Centre for Social Innovation. He is presently reading law at the Singapore University for Social Sciences.
