LED10 - Board Strategy for Value Up

Boards are increasingly expected to take a more deliberate role to drive sustainable shareholder value, improve market transparency and strengthen investor confidence. In line with Singapore’s Value-Up initiative to strengthen our capital markets and enhance the attractiveness of listed companies, this programme explores how directors can enhance capital allocation, engage investors and sharpen strategic oversight to unlock value. Through practical case studies and peer discussions, directors will gain actionable insights into how leading companies translate strategy into value creation outcomes, aligned with the broader goal of building a more vibrant and resilient capital market ecosystem in Singapore.

Please note that this programme will run over two days, 18 and 21 May 2026.
Eligible SGX-listed companies can tap on the MAS Value-Unlock Equip Grant for up to 50% funding for this training programme.
