Membership Update

Since 1998, as Singapore’s national association for company directors, SID has been supporting the professional development of board directors and advancing good governance in Singapore.

Being a valued member, we hope that you have personally benefited from the Institute’s work and offerings. Whether you are an aspiring or experienced director, we hope you will find our courses and events useful. SID serves boards of listed entities, family businesses, private firms, startups and nonprofits, among others.

SID’s membership fees have remained constant since 2018. In order to bring greater value to members and support our new initiatives, we will be aligning Associate and Ordinary membership dues, and adjusting all fees effective 1 July 2023:

For new members, the Entrance Fee will be revised from $150 to $200 (before prevailing GST).

The new fee structure will apply to all membership applications (including reinstatements and renewals), with effect from 1 July 2023. For existing members, the new rates will apply when subscriptions are renewed. Click here for FAQs.

Please note that GST will be adjusted according to prevailing government regulations. The next SID membership fee revision exercise is also expected to take place in 2025 and 2027 respectively.
